The Panamanian flag consists of a rectangle divided into four quarters: the first near the mast top, white in a blue five-pointed star; then the second top of the already described, red; the first lower pole near the blue; and the second following it, white with a red 5-pointed star. The idea. The Panamanian flag was designed by Manuel Encarnación Amador Torrero and was made by Dona Maria De La Ossa de Amador. Don Manuel E.
